The Four Session Beginner Series is like taking a dive right into the MELT pool!
Giving us an opportunity to be fully submerged into all the beginner MELT moves, each week builds on the previous one.
November Series Dates
7, 14, 21 and 28 (Thursdays)
7:15 - 8:45pm (1.5hours)

MELT Soft Body Roller
a set of MELT balls
MELT Method Book
yoga mat
water
foldable blanket
comfortable clothing (not too light!)
Going in depth into each region: Each week will explore a new MELT series, focusing on hydrating, integrating and stabilizing specific regions of the body, while maintaining a balanced look at the body as a whole, functioning unit. MELT theory will also be explored, including an introduction to the MELT Living Body Model and its potential to reverse the signs of aging and active living.
Building and integrating each week: Each week will build on the previous one, with each participant going home with a series to practice. This allows the body’s nervous system to integrate the new information and prepare itself for the next series. Classes will focus on proper Soft Ball and Soft Body Rolling technique to achieve optimal, more efficient and lasting results.
Feel better fast: Even after one session of MELT, participants will feel incredible changes in how their body looks and feels. After the four session series, they will not only have become their own Hands-Off-Bodyworkers, they will have developed intrinsic Body Sense to evaluate their own progress. The emphasis on Self-Care is at the heart of the MELT philosophy.
